Rural livelihoods, CSR program management, and monitoring and evaluation: turning field insights into measurable development impact.
I am a development sector professional with approximately five years of hands-on experience managing rural livelihood programs, CSR initiatives, and field-based monitoring across Bihar, Gujarat, and Jharkhand.
My career spans government livelihood missions (NRLM, DDU-GKY), corporate social responsibility foundations, and grassroots NGOs, giving me a rare ability to translate community realities into evidence-based program decisions and compelling reports for leadership.
I hold an M.A. in Sustainable Livelihoods and Natural Resources Governance from TISS, Tuljapur, one of India's premier institutions for development studies, and I am seeking senior program or M&E roles at leading NGOs, public consultancies, or CSR foundations.

Currently based in Begusarai, Bihar. Available for roles across India.
